Yummy! After looking at all the veggie burger recipes on this site I chose this one because of the ratings and all the veggies. I have to admit that they were hard to work with, but I sprinkled the flour on a cookie sheet pakced the mix in a 1/2 c. measure and plopped it on the sheet. I sprinkled that with flour and pressed it out with my hands. Worked fine. I did add some cilantro, my favorite.

I left off the black olives because I didn't have them and I added a little shredded lettuce. I would cut back on the cumin a bit, it was a bit strong. Otherwise it was great. I brought it to a picnic and every bit of it was gone and I heard people asking who brought it they wanted the recipe.

I use to make this exact recipe years ago and lost it. I could never remember the size of pie filling or how long to bake. It also had been so long I couldn't remember for sure if there was a third ingredient. I was so happy to find it. It is great when you frost it with a cream cheese frosting. I use to get raving reviews when I made it. Any cream cheese recipe will do.
