Ribboned Fudge Cake

I made this for my husband on Father's Day. He really enjoyed it. I used a dark chocolate cake and it worked great. It was a rich dessert, exactly the way he likes it.

Basil Pork Chops

This is one is a keeper. Usually grilled or pan fried pork chops are dry...not these. Very moist and delicious!

Pork Roast with Sauerkraut and Kielbasa

Wow what a great meal. It cooked a lot faster than expected but everything turned out great. One thing I did was add a 1/2 a can of coke and one Fuji apple so that the sauerkraut was not too bitter. It made the meat moist and tender. I will definately make it again.
