Crawfish Chowder
This is a great start to an awesome chowder but here is what I did different; first I don't use crawfish, I use crabmeat (sometimes imitation), and cooked shrimp. I also add tilapia or some other white fish that has been grilled or broiled. I add all the seafood at the end and let "meld" together for about 5 minutes. I also use cream of crab or cream of lobster instead of the cream of mushroom. I use 8 oz. of cream cheese instead of 4. This is awesome! Everyone asks me for the recipe.
