I am 21 years old living in Ohio with my fiance and my cat. I am in between jobs right now, trying to find one good for me, so I am home a lot, and love to try new recipes. I have been a member of this website since July 08 and I am on here every day and get the daily e-letters. My favorite things to cook...well I love love love to bake, and I always have. I have a very crappy oven though, so the majority of anything I bake, comes out burnt on bottom and raw on top. I love making meals for my fiance, he is my biggest fan, never complains about anything I make. I like to make simple things, like everyone else, on tough days, but when I have the time and ingredients, I love to go all out and spend 3 or 4 hours cooking. Every time I make a meal that my fiance loves is a cooking triumph for me.
