Fluffy Pancakes
GREAT! Did have to thin the batter with a little extra milk but the whole family agreed they were fluffy and tasted great. Super recipe! No more box mix for us.

Southern Chicken Salad
Rated a 4 only because I used 1/2 sour cream and 1/2 mayo instead of all mayo. Really yummy salad - on bread or on lettuce. Thanks for sharing!
