Big Soft Ginger Cookies
I LOVE THESE. I don't even think they need the frosting drizzle. They are just right without it!

Baked French Fries I
Loved this recipe..just the right amount of kick. Just watch it closely. Depends how thin you cut your fries, it's easy to go from just right to a little burned.

French Baguettes
good recipe. We are a family of three and I end up dividing the dough into three and making medium sized round loafs (with an x cut on top) and it's just the right serving amound. I don't grease the pan, just cook on parchment. They also freeze great. Just wrap in saran wrap and then put them in a freezer zip lock. Pull it out 30-60 minutes before you want to eat and it will be thawed and ready to be warmed. I love slicing and drizzling the bread with olive oil and slathering with ROASTED garlic butter. Broil till slightly crunchy and it's irrisistable!
