Florentine Artichoke Dip
Great recipe overall. I did add extra green chiles to give it some more kick. A definite favorite sure to leave no leftovers!

Heavenly Halibut
Easy recipe with great flavor. I liked using chives instead of green onions. I imagine this would be great on any fish - especially white fish. Easy to scale up and down for servings.
