Turkey Cabbage Rolls
Surprisingly tasty! I had never cooked with cabbage before and had a lot of fun putting together these rolls. This was a lot of food (left overs for the two of us for a week) so next time I might cut the recipe in half so we don't get sick of it.

Moroccan-Style Stuffed Acorn Squash
My husband loved this recipe and I thought it was fair - not quite enough flavor me (although the bites that had a good bit of the butter-sugar topping were delicious). The raisins were definitely a highlight of this recipe and next time I'll throw even more in.

Stir-Fried Pumpkin
This was definitely different than anything we have ever made before and although it wasn't my favorite we still finished it off. We did use a "normal" halloween pumpkin instead of one of the cooking pumpkins which might have thrown off the flavor a bit.
