Double Layer Pumpkin Cheesecake
i used 2 packaged cream cheese and 1 8 oz tub of WHIPPED cream cheese and it made my cheesecake so light and fluffy! everyone loved it!!!!!!!!!!!!! i also increased the sugar, and next time i'll increase the pumpkin too. EXCELLENT recipe!

Coconut (Haupia) and Chocolate Pie
Haven't made this yet, but i'm sure it'll turn out great! I'm just sooo happy I found this. I'm also from Hawaii and I miss Ted's Chocolate Haupia pies I would buy from foodland. I MISS HAWAII FOOD SO MUCH!
