Chicken Lasagna IV
This is a keeper recipe. It was a super easy and tasty! This recipe had rich and creamy flavor which works very well with salad as a side. This, however, is not a spicy meal so if that's what your looking for, keep looking.

Fish with Cucumber-Orange Relish
This is a wonderful summer dish. I've made it twice. The first time I made as stated in the recipe. The second time I sprinkled the fish with fresh squeezed orange and lemon juice. This is a family favorite that I will make again.

Five Minute Ice Cream
It really only took five minutes to make this, but it's too soft right out of the blender. Let it harden for about 3 to 4 hours and it's perfect for dishing out.
