Honey Ginger Carrots
Yummy! I followed the recipe as is, except for the ginger: added about a Tbsp of fresh minced ginger - will do the same next time.

Too Much Chocolate Cake
Be sure you grease the pan VERY well! The top of my cake got stuck in the bundt, so the end result didn't look very pretty. I made this together with the Dark Chocolate Cake II from this site and my guests didn't like this one as much as they liked the other one. It is very easy to make, however, and I would definitely consider baking it for informal parties.

Dark Chocolate Cake II
I don't eat chocolate and I haven never made a cake before but my chocolaholic boyfriend's b-day is coming up and I secretly invited a bunch of my girlfriends over for chocolate cake tasting. I made the "Too much chocolate cake" from this site and "Dark Chocolate Cake II". This one was an absolute winner!! They all raved about it! I replaced milk and vinegar with buttermilk and regular flower with cake flower as per other reviewers' suggestion. I used two 9" cake pans because I didn't want to cut it horizontally to add the frosting. I baked it for 30 minutes, let it cool for about an hour, covered both layers with "German Chocolate Cake Frosting II" and put them together. Now, I didn't even try it but apparently it was DELICIOUS, so I am making this for the b-day party! Thank you for a great and easy recipe!
