Sopa De Lima (Mexican Lime Soup)
This is a great recipe with tons of flavor and it got better on the second day. A very light and refreshing soup, even during the Florida summer!

Insanely Amazing Jalapeno Cheese Dip
I had a hard time finding a bread bowl and substituted French Bread. It tasted great, this is a very rich and satisfying dip. I added green onions on the top for some crunch. I found this recipe just in time for football season!

Fast Chicken Soup Base
This recipe was very tasty and easy to prepare. I used low sodium broth and I added whole-wheat noodles at the end. The roasted chicken added a ton of flavor. Next time I will omit the skin to cut down on the oil in the broth.
