I was very disappointed. The recipe calls for way too much feta cheese. I even added extra pasta and it was overwhelming. I did add some other veggies to make the dish more satisfying.

For Valentine's Day, I was looking for a recipe to make something a little different. I do not claim to be a chef by any means so I wanted something simple that would still taste good. I thought this recipe was very easy to follow and it was a hit! I loved the pancakes and will continue to make them. I did follow a couple of other suggestions and I added 1 teaspoon of vanilla and a pinch of cinnamon.
