Asparagus and Red Pepper with Balsamic Vinegar
I love finding new veggie combinations and this was a yummy new take on asparagus. I'll definitely be making again, exactly as written.

Spence's Pesto Chicken Pasta
I enjoyed this recipe but I'd say that you must love pesto to enjoy it. I added extra pesto since I though it was a bit bland at first.

Zucchini Pasta II
This recipe is now in regular rotation in my menus. Its super easy and really tasty... with a bit of kick. I make it exactly as the recipe directs.
