Annie's Fruit Salsa and Cinnamon Chips
Thought it sounded strange, but the reviews were right. Great recipe! The full recipe makes a lot. You could easily get away with making half.

Saucy Chicken and Asparagus
I didn't precook the asparagus and I used a generous amount of cheddar instead of parmesan. Pretty simple and a tasty, unusual dish.

Fluffy French Toast
I always get compliments when I make this french toast. I always get an unsliced loaf of bread from the bakery, Italian, etc. and than slice thick pieces. It comes out great every time.
