My cooking tragedies
When I was about ten I made frosting for a cake from scratch, and followed an old recipe. It called for confectioner's sugar, but I thought that meant granulated sugar and used that. The frosting was awful! How was I supposed to know that confectioner's sugar was powdered sugar?!?

Apple Enchiladas
This was good. The tortillas were not tough, just crunchy, which is what I aimed for. Was delicious with the recommended ice cream.

Chicken Enchiladas V
This was delicious. I followed the recipe and I agree that the soup mixture should be doubled, as it was not quite enough. I will probably make this again.

Salmon with Creamy Dill Sauce
This recipe was great. We did not have a two pound salmon filet, so we made it with two pounds of smaller fillets. Used light mayo and fat free sour cream instead of regular, and it was still delicious. My brother and I do not like salmon, but when my mom made this recipe, we both ate all of it. Will use again.
