Bavarian Strawberry Pie

Amazing! If I could give this six stars I would! Ordinarily I'm not a huge fan of coconut, but this combination was just perfect. I made it for Easter and it was a huge hit. I did find that the coconut crust was a little thick for my taste, but this is easily fixed and may just be a personal preference

Apple Cheddar Cheese Pie

I liked the filling a lot, but I wasn't too sure about the crust. I was hard to manage, as the cheese made it sticky and lumpy. It was also hard to cut. I will say, though, that it was definitely one of the prettiest pies I've made. The cheese-speckled crust made for a very attractive dessert.

Fresh Pear Pie

This was a good pie. I got a little overzealous with the lemon juice, but I sort of liked it, as the lemon and pear tasted nice together.

Toffee Apple Pie

Everyone in my house loved this pie. Peeling and cutting the apples took some time, but that's the same with any fruit pie. I would recommend slicing them thin so that they get more tender.

Sweet Potato Pecan Pie

Amazing pie! This was actually the first (of many) pies that I ever made, and I found it very easy to follow. It it also my favorite (so far). I did find that it was too much filling, causing it to overflow in my oven and create a "pie-saster," but it was salvaged and came out great.
