Ravioli Dolci (Sweet Ravioli)
My family loved these cookies. I used my own cherry almond preserves. These cookies are just perfect for the Christmas table. The dough is easier to work with when kept chilled. I made both round and square shapes. If the dough becomes too soft, simply put it in the fridge for a few minutes. I even put the squares (still on the waxed paper) back on a shelf in the fridge while I filled half a sheet.

Light, Crisp Waffles
I love how keeping them in the oven crisps them up. My husband and I loved these. I will double it next time. I used vanilla infused sugar in the egg white and it was very good. Thanks for sharing this one!

Easter Bread Ring
Followed recipe as written--love it! I use kosher salt, and didn't notice a salty taste. Everybody raved about this last Easter. It tastes sweet--more like a cake bread. Excellent!
