Cara's Moroccan Stew
Very good, nutrious and tastey! The only thing I did different was add a bit of salt to the lentils while they cooked.

Braised Balsamic Chicken
I give this a 5 because the flavors are very good together- I would rate it lower because I overcooked my chicken breast but that was my own mistake!! Will do again but keep a better eye on the breasts! That is the most important thing in any chicken recipe!

Yummy Honey Chicken Kabobs
I marinated thinly sliced cutlets instead and served with brown rice cucumber salad and Pinot Grigio. I saved some marinade and heated it on the stove with a little cornstarch to thicken and served on the side. Delicious! I was going to use leftovers on a salad the next night but there wasn't any left!
