Italian........from homemade sauce, meatballs, pasta, pizzelle (cookies); and many other types of foods, including salads, desserts, etc. Making wedding soup with my mother and children many, many years ago. Making cookies with my 95-year-old aunt and other relatives. Baking New York-style cheesecakes, chicken pastina soup, slow-cooking homemade spaghetti sauce all day and more. After making a New York-style caramel pecan cheesecake, I went to put it in the oven and dropped the entire pan. Needless to say, my range and floor took quite a while to clean.
