Baked Oatmeal I
this is a great recipe and so versitile you can add any kind of fruit or nuts to accomidate any taste. i do bannana nut, apple cinnamon, pumpkin, and even maple and brown sugar. i also scoop it into muffin cups and place on the table for a nutrisious healthy breakfast on the go. great for people who want to eat a healthy breakfast but don't have the time i bake a big batch tice a week my husband eats his in the car on the way to work.
