Sweet Potato Gnocchi
Very easy and turned out great. It was definitely too moist for rolling and cutting; the squeeze bag and scissors method worked well, except for the boiling water splashing back.

One Bowl Chocolate Cake III
Excellent results - it had the moistness and even consistency of a box cake, but with 100x more flavor. I added some dark chocolate chips for some added richness.

Applesauce Oatmeal Cookies
Too cake-like for the amount of sweetness and density. The only changes I made were adding vanilla and quarter teaspoon of salt.
