Southern Spain-Style Gazpacho

I became addicted to gazpacho on a trip to Spain last year. This recipe is very close to the soup I had while in Madrid and Barcelona. I added some cut up peppers for garnish, but that was the only change I made.

Meatloaf in a Mug

Was very good and very easy. The only change I made was to use ground turkey instead of ground beer. The next time I make it I will add some red pepper and some bacon.
