Exquisite Pizza Sauce
Tonight I made homemade pizzas for the family. I was looking for a new sauce to make a Hawaii tasting pizza. And let me tell you, with nothing more than cubed ham, pineapples, and mozzarella cheese, this sauce worked flawlessly! I doubled the recipe as I was making 2 pizzas. As a normal everyday pizza sauce this is a little sweet (cut down on the amount of honey as others suggest) but for a pineapple pizza it simply can't be beat!

Jay's Signature Pizza Crust
Tonight I made homemade pizzas for the family using this recipe. I normally buy the premade pie shells simply for the convenience. Following the directions to the letter, it made enough dough for 2 large thin crust pizzas. I prebaked the crusts for 4 minutes each at 425 as others suggested before adding toppings. Perfect for our family of 5. Next time, I'll add italian seasonings and try making cheesy breadsticks. Thanks for sharing this one Jay!
