Indonesian Pork Tenderloin
EXCELLENT! I made mine in the oven (it takes SO much longer that way) because the cut of meat I used was too thick for the grill. I used a section of a larger pork loin I had bought at Sam's Club (about 1 1/4-1 1/2 inches thick), and I did not want to overcook/burn it, so I thought the oven was a safer bet. It ended up taking almost an hour, so dinner was about a half hour later than I expected. But nonetheless, the recipe was excellent! So easy!! I forgot the garlic, but it was still fantastic. I would like to try it with a normal tenderloin on the grill. I served it with Thai Kitchen yellow curry rice, asparagus (I wanted to use Bok Choy, but my boyfriend and his father are not too fond of it), and Shitake mushrooms. This is definately going in my recipe box!

Diced Lamb with Roasted Vegetables and Couscous
I thought this recipe was DELICIOUS!! I made some slight modifications though: instead of a chili pepper, I added a milder Anaheim pepper, and I used 2 limes instead of the recommended 3. It came out a little too sour still, so I think I am going to use only 1 lime next time. I also used Isreali couscous instead, mainly because it was the ony thing I had. My father-in-law (who we live with) cannot handle spicy food very well, and even he found the substitution of the Anaheim in good taste. The only reason I gave the recipe 4 stars instead of 5 is because of the nutrition/calorie content. I didn't look at the nutrition facts until after I made/ate it, otherwise I probably wouldn't have made it.

Baked Pork Chops I
I thought this recipe was excellent, and I would love to cook it again! I am a budding new cook, and I thought this recipe was very easy to make. I gave it 4 out of 5 stars only because I was worried about how good it is for my father-in-law (he's diabetic). Other than that, it was excellent! I prepared it alongside Parmesan rice and spinach.
