Oven-Fried Pork Chops
Best pork chops I've ever tasted! I dredged them in flour before the egg wash. So moist and tender!

Six Week Bran Muffins
This was my first time making bran muffins and they turned out great! I used Fiber One cereal and ran it all through the food processor before adding the water. I also added cinnamon and raisins. So good!

Rempel Family Meatloaf
I am giving this recipe five stars, even though I don't add the cheese. My whole family (mostly picky) love it! I do make a couple changes, though. I substitute ground pork for about 1/2 of the meat, and add the ketchup, honey, and worsteshire glaze before baking. It is so moist and flavorful!
