Onion Chicken in Balsamic Sauce
Very good! Even my hard to please husband enjoyed this recipe. I added mushrooms and fresh, cut up tomato instead of sundried to this recipe and it turned out awesome!

Scrambled Potatoes
FANTASTIC! I only used 8 eggs. I also added minced garlic, red onion, salt and pepper and a little parsley for color. My family loved it!!!
