I'm a senior in college so I love to cook things that are fast and stay good for leftovers. I'm vegetarian for 10 years and I'm a beginner cook (still a little scared in the kitchen).
My favorite things to cook
I guess Ramen noodles don't count, so I'll say pastas.
My cooking tragedies
I made a polenta pizza that completely crumbled...I didn't realize that the polenta sold in a tube didn't have a binder. It was good, just ugly and hard to eat! :(

Tofu Mayo
I don't really get the mayo taste when I tried this, but it is tasty dip for veggies. I added more salt and mustard for a tangier flavor.
