Italian Wedding Soup I
Tasted like the the soup we get from our local Italian restaurant. I made my own chicken stock with some added Swanson broth. I added a can of beef broth (made a big difference). The meatballs really need to cook in the broth -it adds flavor. used frozen chopped spinach. Cooked acini di pepe separate. It's a keeper!!!

Chicken Salad Balsamic
GREAT recipe. I used a wrap with a little light mayo. My husband and my sister loved it. I will be making this recipe alot!

One Bowl Chocolate Cake III
Excellent Cake- very simple to make. Based on the reviews, I did increase the cocoa to 1 cup; and instead of water, I used a cup of coffee. I baked it in 9x13 for 40 minutes.
