Chicken Cordon Bleu I
This was so good and very easy to make! This probably one of my favs so far! My BF loved it too! I think I will be making this a lot!

Creamy Pesto Shrimp
This was okay. The problem I think I had was I bought a shrimp tray instead of the real thing. I cheaped out because the shrimp was real expensive. Next Time I will make sure I get real shrimp.

Salmon in Lemon-Dill Sauce
This was my first time cooking any kind of fish! I thought the sauce for it was awesome! I would eat it again but with a different kind of fish. I was not too thrilled with salmon. It has a very strong taste.
