Easy Indian Style Okra
Very good. I started with frozen chopped okra, so it didn't take as long to cook. I threw in a can of diced tomatoes at the last minute after the okra were done frying. It turnned out really well and went great as a side to keema. Served with Pita bread.

Peach Pork Picante
This one needs a little work. I always make the recipe as written before I make adjustments. This really needs some salt, pepper, maybe a dash of cumin and a sour cream topping. If i make this again I will serve it with black beans and rice. This time I had it with just brown rice and that wasn't enough.

Bev's Orange Chicken
Really Good. I served it with Brown Rice and tsp. of sour cream. I used boneless chicken thighs and it cooked in 45 minutes. Next time I will up the seasonings a little more. Overall it was good, and the chicken was juicy.
