AMAZING! To make wonderful garlic naan, double the amount of fresh, chopped garlic (4 tsp.) and mix it in with the wet ingredients and first two cups of flour. This way, the garlic is evenly distributed. Also, I only used 1 1/4 tbs. salt.

Grilled Salmon Fillets with a Lemon, Tarragon, and Garlic Sauce
This was very very good. I cut the salmon into four fillets, wrapped them in foil, and baked with a little bit of salt, pepper, and olive oil at 350 degrees F. When they were just barely done, I spread the sauce on them and let it bake some more uncovered so that the sauce just barely browned.
