Grilled Tilapia with Mango Salsa
Wow, I made this last night and talk about fab...I had to bake in the over, so I reduced the amount of EVOO by 1/2, still turned out great. Thanks

Sweet and Spicy Sweet Potatoes

Hot Dogs 'n' Rice
This is very good and inexpensive, however, i did make some changes, added garlic and Worcestershire sauce to taste. Additionally I used the entire package of dogs. Also, I perfer this from a cast iron skillet it gives it a better flavor.
