I didn't have the sauce so I added enchilada saude and salsa. I also used cottage cheese instead of sour cream and added a can of black beans. Yum!!

Chicken Noodle Casserole

So good! I used spelt noodles ad spelt flour and cut the butter in half and it was still great!

Baked Sweet Potato Sticks

Very good but I would cook it at 415 for 30 minutes. I think it will make them a little crispy.
