Irish Chicken and Dumplings
absolutley fantastic, this was my first time making homemade chicken & dumplings but the recipe was easy to follow and even easier to eat! it was just great!

Somewhere Over the Rainbow
I made this for Saint Patricks day Dinner & it was a hit with my family! I did put a touch of ginger ale in, not to much though!
