Southwestern Egg Rolls
This is the first recipe I've ever rated, but I felt I had to because these are AMAZING!
I've made them twice now and everytime guests have asked for more than I made!
I did banke them instead of deep frying but either method would be equally tasty.
The first time I made these I made them with Amy's Amazing Cilantro Dip as a few other reviewers had suggested, first time trying cilantro and not a fan, but everyone else loved it! The bowl was licked clean!
I would definately reccomend these as an appetizer for ANY get together!!
