World's Best Lasagna

My family thought this was the best lasagna I have made to date. Told me to throw out my other lasagna recipe. I believe it's all in the sauce! It does take some time. But, well worth it!

Sauteed Apples

The family loved these apples! I would recommend a tart apple to counter the sweetness of the sugar. I did only use 1/4 cup of sugar. I added a splash of lemon juice since I didn't use tart apples.

My family loved this recipe. I thought it was a little bit too much biscuit(and not enough sauce) for my taste. However, husband and kids said for me to make it again. So, it is a keeper!

Rainbow Pasta Salad I

This was wonderful! The only thing I did different was to use half a chopped red pepper and half a green pepper in place of the broccoli. I used Wishbone Robusto Italian dressing. It was great!

Banana Crumb Muffins

These were the best muffins ever! Made exactly like it says! No additions or subtractions. The crumb topping put these muffins over the top! My husband says they taste like they came from a bakery!

Slow Cooker Chicken Stroganoff

This recipe was awesome! The family loved it. They are asking me to make it again already. The only thing I changed was adding 8oz of fresh mushrooms and half of a chopped onion when putting the chicken and dressing mix in. I did add a splash of water as I was concerned about there not being enough moisture. However, with the little water and mushrooms, it was fine.

Slow Cooker Chicken and Dumplings

Delicious! The entire family loved it! I cooked the dumplings for an hour as others have suggested. I think they may have needed another half hour. Otherwise, this dish was to die for! The smell in the house was great too!

Frozen Chocolate Pie

This was delicious! Thumbs up from everyone in the family! The first time I used a shortbread crust with chocolate chips on top. The second time I used an oreo crust. It was great both ways! Yum!
