Crustless Cranberry Pie
Followed the recipe exactly but this was just terrible. I should have known, since it doesn't call for any levening agent such as baking powder, that it would be very dense and dry. The flavor was just tart cranberries in dense almond bread. My family was not impressed. I'm known for being (in the words of my kids and their friends) an "amazing cook." This recipe blew that reputation. I won't be making this again.

Blender Hollandaise Sauce
Our's came out a little thick but I think adding a bit more lemon juice would have done the trick. It could not have been easier to make!

Chocolate Chip Dream Bars
I added baking time to get these to set. After cooling and cutting, the bars began to 'weep' in places which turned people off. Flavor was good, although very sweet, but I don't think I'll make these again.
