I've never had Eggplant Parmesan before but had heard that it makes for a tasty meal. This recipe is excellent. I combined the information given by the writer and tips from the reviewers to make a wonderful meal. My husband, who doesn't even like Eggplant, was pleasantly surpised! Worth the little extra time and effort for sure!

This recipe took a while to cook and in the end it was very bland. My husband enjoyed it, but I didn't and wouldn't make it again.

This was EXCELLENT. I was a little concerned when I first created the sauce and was even cautious to pour it over the chicken but in the end, I was pleasantly surprised. I added the Provalone cheese instead of the cream cheese and it was wonderful.
