Caramel Apple Pork Chops
I hate pork but these were pretty good. My recommendation would be to double the sauce, not the apples, just the sauce. The recipe was very easy!

Baked Potato Skins
These were great! So much easier then I expected. I cooked the bacon earlier in the day so that I had that part done when I was ready for it. We had them New Years Eve and the company really enjoyed them too!

Italian Style Flounder
Great recipe and very easy. I did cook all ingredients but the fish in the saucepan and I do add a splash of white wine before pouring over the fish and baking.
