Chicken Tortilla Soup II
great soup, just what I was looking for. The husband and kids loved it. Made great left overs. The only thing I did not do was add the tortillas in the begining. I used the tortilla strips crushed on top. Also added sour cream avacado & cheese.

Monte Cristo Sandwich - the Real One
all messiness aside... this is the best! I have four young picky eaters with lots of picky eating friends. It's always a hit! We don't care for swiss, we use jack. I've tried monte cristos at resturants that don't come close to this. Again this is messy, but worth the clean up!!
