Roast Pork with Maple and Mustard Glaze
This was good - much better than the normal dried up pork roast. Sweet and savory.

Blueberry Pie
Don't know what went wrong but I found this recipe only ok. I used 1/4 c cornstarch as one reviewer suggested and waited for it to thoroughly cool (about two hours). It was still watery and taste only ok. I have to admit - Mrs. Smith does a better job with a blueberry pie though this recipe was easy.

Judy's Strawberry Pretzel Salad
This was yummy and does remind you of cheesecake. My picky husband ate several servings - believe me, that says a lot! I didn't change and thing and wouldn't change a thing. Nuf' said!
