i read the reviews before i made this recipe and noticed that some people would change the recipe by adding a whole bunch of random stuff and then give it a 3 or 4 star. i followed the recipe exactly as is and OMG!! this is such an easy way to have people go crazy over a vegetable side dish. i will definitely make it everytime i have beans with a meal.

Perfect Pumpkin Pie

I found that the texture wasn't as smooth as it should be. maybe should have used a mixer rather than whisk... the taste was delicious! did add extra seasonings as others suggested.

Banana Banana Bread

I absolutely love this recipe. My fiance said that it was the best banana bread he's ever had... and i think i'd have to agree!! i did add about 1/2 cup of walnuts to the mixture. The end result is a really heavy bread.. but that's the way i like it :)

Beef Barley Vegetable Soup

Beef Stew VI

I'm not really sure how to rate this recipe as I did make some changes. I'm rating this recipe based on the changes that others suggested. Firstly, for the water, i boiled some cow bones for the broth that i had. Added deliscious flavor rather than using the store bought stuff. I also added red wine, ketchup, A1 and Worcheshire sauce. I made one more personal adjustment by adding some fresh rosemary as well. I also added extra cornstarch as i like my stew reallt thick too. With all these adjustments this stew is the best stew i've ever had!!

Bacon-Wrapped Scallops with Cream Sauce

The sauce to this recipe was awful. i marinated the scallops in a little bit of soya sauce the night before to add some flavor. we ended up eating the scallops without the sauce and they were wonderful just by themselves.

Ham with Pineapple

Awesome recipe! everyone loved it. didn't use the carbonated beverage as the ham + pineapple juice mixture created enough juices of its own. So good! will definitely make again.. and again :)
