About this Cook
I love cooking...its one of my favorite things to do. I get scared sometimes trying out new recipes, afraid of failure, but hey, that is how we learn and im always willing to try new recipes. Me and my husband have totaly different taste though ...i love things like pot roast and beans and meatloafs and hes more for mexican and pizza and burgers, there are some foods that we agree on though :) Something I cannot stand is for someone to tell me this or that aint good for you, or this or thats not healthy, why would you give that to your family to eat, UGH!!! You feed your family what you want, ill feed mine what we want! We are not health nuts, but we also dont eat like greasly little pigs either but hey if I think its okay to give my kids some sugary drink/snack here and there thats my business, a little sugar aint going to do no harm!!!!
My favorite things to cook
I love to cook pasta dishes and casseroles, also stir-fry's. I would love to get into baking cobblers and pie's since my husband loves those things, me not so much, im not big on fruit, i perfer chocolatey desserts!
My favorite family cooking traditions
I love cooking at my moms house for b-b-q's...also every thanksgiving and christmas, there MUST be a pineapple ham YUMM
My cooking triumphs
My 1st time i made chicken and dumplings, i was so proud of myself hehe...even my husband said it was good and he hates things like that
My cooking tragedies
Well, it used to be fried chicken, but im getting the hang of that now, and now the chicken comes out pretty good, Im still scared of biscuits and gravy lol It never seems to come out quite right, im not to good at browning the flour the way my husband likes it to be done, im still working on it though :)

Mouth-Watering Stuffed Mushrooms
These were good. I did think that they had a bit to much parmesan cheese though, that was basically my only dislike about them, other than the parmesan cheese, they were pretty good, Thanks for this.

Easy Shake and Bake Chicken
This was great! I could tell it was going to be good after just 20 min. of baking, the house smelled awesome, I will make this recipe again.
