I love to cook!! I am always willing to try something new or experiment to make a regular dish spectacular. I love stews, soups, and enchiladas. My great grandparents had a farm in Virginia, coming here from Ireland. When the family gets together, I make southern favorites, like greens, sweet potato pie, and corn pudding. YUM! I cannot cook rice to save my life! No matter how many different methods I try, I cannot get the right consistency.
