Easy Bacon and Cheese Quiche
Very good. Made this for my church group and left with none. I carmelized the onions and did all the prep work the night before. Easy and excellent will use again for sure.

Mexican Rice II
I really liked this recipe and so did my husband. I tried it with different kinds of rice and my favorite was brown rice. Really easy.

Apple Oatmeal Crisp
