Lemon Square Bars
This recipe was a great start. I'm sorry to say that the second time around I did make a number of changes. Per my parents' request I doubled the lemon/sugar top and multiplied the shortbread-type base by 1 1/2. Doing that in the same size pan (9x13) came out wonderfully.
Following my "edits" i've made this a half dozen times now and always get compliments.
