The flavor of these was great, but I think the directions could be spelled out a little better for a beginner. I think I put too much flour out and that made these too hard. I also liked the idea of the cloverleaft rolls, but I guess I didn't use enough dough because they did not look like the picture. Overall I think I will try this again because the flavor was wonderful and the things I didn't like were most likely due to user error :)

BBQ Pork for Sandwiches

This has become a staple in our house. Definitely cook on low for 10 hrs and it just falls apart. If you cook on high for 4 it is too tough to separate.

California Smoothie

So easy and actually tastes really good (for someone trying to be a little healthier). I used frozen stawberries which made it a little thicker. Great recipe!

Restaurant-Style Potato Skins

Onion Bake

This was almost too much of everything. I liked eating the bread, but it was so rich my husband and I both felt a little sick after eating it. Would be ok as a side, but not a main dish.

Creamy Peanut Butter Pie

SO good and SO easy. This is the only pie I've ever made that was completely gone when the guests left. I used a little more peanut butter than the recipe called for. I also used lite cool whip and again a little more than the recipe called for. Used a graham cracker crust, but I think it would have been even better in a chocolate cookie crust. Great recipe!

If I could give this more than 5 stars I would. Everyone raved about this dish and I had several recipe requests. I used a dish smaller than the 9x9 and used low sodium beef broth. I did use salted butter, but only used about 3/4ths of what the recipe dictated. Cooked for 30 min then stirred and it only needed about 20 more minutes. DELICIOUS! Will definitely make again.

Baked Zucchini Chips

These were so good...and healthy! A little time consuming to dip in the egg whites and cover with the dry mix, but they turned out so tasty, especially dipped in ranch. Even non-veggie people liked them!

Make Ahead Manicotti

Make sure to use enough sauce. Mine came out a little tough. But the flavor of the filling was delicious and a great way to make my hubby eat spinach.

Grilled Zucchini II

SO easy and SO good! I let the zucchini marinate in the dressing in a container for about 45 min. The mixture of the dressing and the charcoal taste from the grill was so good. Make sure not to slice too thin. Watch the grill because these cook really fast and are easy to burn.

Jalapeno Popper Spread

This dip was really good and easy to make...tastes just like a jalapeno popper. Baked with breadcrumbs on top and it did add a nice crunch. Tortilla chips do not taste right with this...the toasted french bread allowed you to taste the full flavor of the dip. Couldn't find the small can of diced jalapenos so i had to cut some and just guestimate on the amount...had to laugh when my father in law started to break a small sweat.
