Speedy Homemade Salsa
Good taste for the limited prep required. Little too much cumin for me but that is a personal preference.

Corn Pudding V
Good. Different consistency than I am used to but still enjoyable. More bread-like and less sweet than other recipes.

Grandma's Corn Pudding
Love it! Traditional corn pudding recipe, truly just like grandma's. I cook it in a 13 x 9 glass baking dish so that it sets up well.
