Deep Dish Layered Salad
Dressing is very good. For me it was too much dressing, hubby said it was just enough for him. Personal taste I guess. Will keep the recipe and make a again.

Guinness(R) Corned Beef
Very easy to make. I don't like that kind of beer to drink. We will be making this again. I added spuds and carrots the last hour of cooking and they tasted great also.
