Ultimate Spicy Spud Soup
Made this and it came out OK, but broth was a bit to watery. Ended up adding a can of cream of mushroom to help boost the flavor. If I did it again would substitute 2 cups of beef stock for some of the water.

Chicken and Sausage with Bowties
Pretty good. I added some red pepper flakes to spice it up. Be careful with the wine, the one I used overwhelmed the flavor a bit too much. I think a little tomato paste would have calmed the wine and helped thicken it a bit.
